Refund and Returns Policy for Custom Items
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our hand-crafted figures (Mini Me Pop), each item is created specifically to your order specifications.
Cancellations & Design Phase
- Non-Refundable Design Fee: Once you place an order, our artist immediately begins the custom 3D digital sculpting process based on your photos. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your order after receiving the digital 3D preview, a 30% non-refundable fee will be retained to cover the hours dedicated to the 3D modeling work.
- Approval & Final Production: We offer up to 2 rounds of minor revisions on the digital 3D model. Once you approve the digital design, the order moves to final 3D printing and painting. From this point onward, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges can be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items We take utmost care in packaging your custom items with protective foam and sturdy boxing. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge or offer a suitable repair solution.
Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that the package is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
